Plant-Only Basics

“Eat plants as grown!”
~~ David Alan Tait ~~
1980

The best summary of the Plant-Only Plan was spoken by David Alan Tait, to a chiropractor who was at his home, assisting in the home birth of his son, Jesse. It was just an idea or a concept at the time, the best human specific food was simply plants, as grown!

“Eat plants as grown!”

As the conversation with the chiropractor continued, so did his wife’s labor to deliver their son.  Between coaching his wife through contractions, they discussed what it might mean to eat plants as grown.  What follows is the highlight points of that conversation.  You might want to take this list and write down Your Opinion of how each of these relate to the Plant-Only Plan. We will be adding more on each of these topics.
